Fill a Flagon – Now Pouring
The following styles are now pouring at Zeelandt Brewery. Come and visit us 1 – 6 pm Thursday and Friday and fill your choice of flagon.
Kölsch may have the appearance of a typical German lager, but the flavours are typical of an ale. The ale yeast that is used to ferment this style give it a distinctive fruity profile. The fruity aroma and flavour are enhanced with crisp bitterness.
A classic pale ale that delivers a glass full of hoppy flavour. This bright, copper coloured beer has a malty backbone, wonderfully balanced with citrus hop flavour and a clean, refreshing finish. This pale ale leaves you wanting more.
Helles is a blonde lager and is the style of choice in the famous beer halls of Munich. This lager has a juicy malt profile with medium to low hop bitterness.
Red Baron is made in the style of Altbier. “Alt’ means ‘Old’ and this style is as old as the hills.
German red malt and German grown hops, this beer is more German than the Baron himself – who was actually born in Poland.
Dust off those leather shorts. Comb and twist that moustache you’ve been growing. Oktoberfest is a full bodied, sweetish lager balanced with hops straight out of Germany.
